As we all practice social distancing, videocalling has exploded, especially Zoom, which is free (with limitations), easy, and powerful.
But recently there’s been a lot of media coverage about issues with Zoom, and we’ve been deluged with questions from worried clients.
Should you be using Zoom?
The short answer is yes. “Zoombombing” is ugly but rare, and it’s easy to avoid if you set up a meeting correctly. But there are a few changes you should know about, so we’ve put all the news into a less-than-five-minute video, here.
